Initial meeting: We discuss your current health, needs, goals and the plan going forward. You record a food journal over the next week for us to review together. 

Meal plan and supplement consult: We discuss your personalized meal plan, supplement recommendations and review your food journal. You prepare to start your meal plan and follow it for the next three weeks.

Follow up: After following your meal plan for 4 weeks, we will discuss your food journal and your progress. I will answer any further questions you have as well as make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan for the future.

I will check in with you weekly via email to keep you accountable and be available for any questions you may have throughout your treatment cycle.
